Room 310 is great for large business meetings, wedding receptions, & parties.

Only $108 for 3-hr Minimum. $27/hr each additional hour. Time renter needs to setup, decorate, load in materials, and cleanup needs to be included in rental time.
Capacity: 95 people maximum sit-down/ 200 reception (stand-up or chairs only)

Please note an open dancefloor is not allowed.

Fees are per hour with a three-hour minimum rent unless otherwise specified.

Full Payment is due at time of booking. Credit cards, check or cash accepted.

If Alcohol is being served, proof of insurance must be provided. Ask the office for details.

Prices are subject to change.

If more space is needed, the 3rd floor atrium may be added on for additional space.

The 3rd Floor Atrium is great for additional space for events in Rm310 (seating and/or food tables)
