Only $160 for 3-hr Minimum; $40 each additional hour. Time for renter to setup, decorate, load in materials, and cleanup must be included in rental time.
Includes use of Ticket Booth, Green Room, and Two Dressing Areas!
Capacity: ~345 seats including balcony
Rental includes use of house lights only. No Theatrical lighting. For more complicated lighting needs, an additional fees is required to hire out the house technician on staff.
Sound System must be provided by the customer. No sound system available with use of the theatre.
The theatre is fully handicap accessible.

Payment is due at time of booking. Credit cards, check or cash accepted.
